Tipping is not required but it is always appreciated especially if I saw you on short notice, or if you felt I went out of my or tried my best to make you enjoy our time as best I could. I feel I offer quality service and care if you are happy and satisfied when you leave. Of course, I can't please everyone all the time and for those ones I say sorry I wasn't your cut of tea. Also, it is sometimes a nice gesture if we run over our time and I don't charge you... it just says thank you. Although I"m not a clock watcher but I don't run over too much on a regular.
