HOW TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT: First you want to make sure you've read this page!!! Second you want to decide on which screening process you would like to use. Then simply fill out the form below. Please be polite and respectful, rude or sexual emails will not get a response. Once you have been screened, then we will talk on the phone to confirm our plans. The morning of your appt. you will just call to confirm by leaving a voicemail. My phone number and a link to this website are always at the bottom of all my emails.
VERIFICATION PROCESS:
Option #1 Reference; This is a lady or ladies you have seen in the past year that can vouch for you. I will need her name and website address. I also will need your first name to give her as well as your email or phone number and anything else that will help her remember seeing you. This is my preferred method of screening. (no CL or Agencies)
Option #2 Employment Info; We will work together to come up with the most discreet method for me to verify you as to not cause you any unwanted discomfort, then we can move on to the pleasure part. wink* This is for both of our safety. (Will ask for ID when I meet you)
Option #3: Verification Sites; You can join a verification site and once your approved you just send me your I.D. info on there. These sites include: Date-Check & Preferred411 If you are a member of a review board you can give me that info as well. Thanks!!
